Individual therapy with me is a collaborative, ongoing conversation. It's a space where nothing is too small to bring, nothing is too complicated to untangle, and you're never going to be rushed toward an answer you're not ready for.

Whether you're navigating something specific ie. burnout, anxiety, relationship dynamics, a sense that life has drifted somewhere you didn't intend, or you're carrying something harder to name, we work with all of it. Together.

How I Work

I'm a Master's-trained psychotherapist, and my approach is person-centred at its core… which means you lead.

I'm not here to tell you who to be, hand you a formula for feeling better, or give you advice from the outside. You already hold the answers within you. My role is to sit alongside you while you remember them, or while you figure them out for the first time… without rushing you, and without judgment.

I draw on a range of approaches depending on what you need, not a rigid method, but a thoughtful combination of what's actually going to help. Sometimes that looks like talking things through. Sometimes it's getting curious about a pattern you keep repeating. Sometimes it's slowing down enough to notice what your body already knows.

Whatever it looks like for you, it starts with the same thing: you, leading the way, with someone steady beside you.

I work with women and teenage girls, and what I've noticed is that so many of us are carrying the same things, just at different stages of life.

Maybe you're a woman who's been holding it together for so long that you've stopped asking yourself how you actually feel. You're capable, you're functioning, but underneath that there's something quiet and persistent that tells you this isn't quite it. You might be burnt out, anxious, stuck in patterns you can see but can't seem to shift. Or you're in the middle of a big change and you don't quite know who you are on the other side of it yet.

Or maybe you're a teenage girl who's just finding all of this, life, identity, relationships, pressure, really heavy right now. And you want somewhere that feels safe to actually say that out loud.

You don't need the perfect words for what's going on. You just need to feel like something needs to change, that's enough.
