A blend of somatic therapy and meditation, for coming back into your body.This is for the days your mind's been doing all the driving and your body's been quietly along for the ride. It sits somewhere between meditation and therapy, clinically informed, but softer in shape than a full session. I'll guide you back into your body, gently, rather than just talking you through it from the outside.
How a session runs — roughly 75 minutes
Check-in. We start with a few minutes of talking — what's going on for you, what's loud in your head right now, what you're carrying in with you today. This sets the tone for everything that follows.
Somatic work. This part moves with whatever's actually present in your body that day. Sometimes it's breath, sometimes gentle movement, sometimes just slowing down enough to notice what you've been quietly overriding. There's no fixed script — we follow what's there.
Meditation. Grounded and embodied, a chance to let whatever came up in the body settle and land. Gentle, not performative — there's no version of this you can get "wrong."
You don't need meditation experience, and you don't need to be especially good at sitting still. Just come as you are.
