Women's Circles & Community Gatherings
A women's circle is a small, intentional gathering — a space to slow down, connect with other women, and be witnessed without having to perform or explain yourself.
Unlike many circles you'll find, these are therapist-led. Every gathering is held by me, using the same psychotherapeutic understanding I bring into the therapy room - just in a shared, communal container instead of a 1:1 one.
Here's what you can expect:
A small, intimate group of women (no large crowds, no performance)
A guided theme or focus for the session
A mix of conversation, reflection, gentle activity, and meditation
A safe, non-judgmental space, what's shared in the circle, stays in the circle
Tea, warmth, and the kind of connection that's hard to find
Community Meditations
Guided group meditation sessions, offered both in-person and online — because stillness is even more powerful when it's shared.
These sessions draw on a mix of meditation and somatic modalities depending on what's needed in the moment — sometimes breathwork, sometimes body-based grounding, sometimes simple guided stillness. Each one is designed to help you pause, exhale, and come back into your body, alongside other women doing the same.
Look out for:
In-person meditation pop-ups (Perth)… including sunrise sessions on the beach
Online group meditations, from wherever you are
(Coming soon) A free weekly check-in to start or close your week feeling a little more grounded.
Different containers, the same intention — you don't have to do this alone.

FAQ
-
Not at all. Most women come on their own. These gatherings are designed specifically to help you connect with new people in a way that feels safe and easy — not awkward small talk, just real conversation.
-
No. While I bring my psychotherapeutic training and understanding into how I hold the space, these circles and meditations are not clinical therapy sessions. They're community gatherings — designed for connection, reflection, and support, not formal treatment. If you're looking for therapeutic support specifically, my 1:1 sessions are the right fit.
-
Never. You're welcome to participate as much or as little as feels right for you. Some women share deeply, others prefer to simply listen and be present — both are completely welcome.
-
What's shared in the circle, stays in the circle. Confidentiality and respect are non-negotiable in these spaces.
-
None at all. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience — whether this is your first circle or your fiftieth.
-
Circles and meditations are a mix of in-person (Perth) and online, so you can join no matter where you're based. Specific locations and links are shared with your ticket.
